What a day can include
People can try new things, build on existing interests and participate at a pace that works for them.
Each activity is connected to personal goals such as confidence, communication, daily living skills, wellbeing and community participation.
Grow plants, care for garden spaces and learn practical outdoor skills.
Plan, prepare and enjoy meals while building kitchen confidence and safety.
Develop focus, creativity and practical skills through supported projects.
Use tools safely, complete hands-on projects and build confidence.
Explore art, music, craft and individual interests in a supportive setting.
Take part in outings, local events, recreation and everyday community life.
Individual goals
Participation should be meaningful, not simply scheduled. We work with each person to identify interests, communication needs, goals and the type of support that helps them engage.
Programs may include small-group activities, individual skill development and participation in the local community.
Talk with our team about interests, support needs, available days and whether the program could be a good fit.
