Yes. Ebenezer Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider. We are committed to safe, accountable and person-centred support that respects each participant’s rights, choices and goals.

Who can make a referral?

Participants can contact us directly. With the participant’s consent, referrals can also come from family members, nominees, guardians, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals and other members of a support network.

What happens after I make an enquiry or referral?

A member of our team will contact you to understand your goals, support needs, location and NDIS funding. We will explain suitable options, confirm availability and outline the next steps before any service begins.

Do you provide participant transport?

Yes. We can support eligible participants to travel to appointments, work, education, activities and community destinations. Transport is arranged in line with the participant’s NDIS plan, mobility needs and agreed support arrangements.

What is Supported Independent Living (SIL)?

SIL is support with daily life in a shared or individual home. It can include personal care, household routines, medication support, meal preparation, community access and building skills for greater independence.

Do you offer Individualised Living Options (ILO)?

We can discuss flexible living arrangements based on a participant’s goals, preferences and approved funding. The separate granny flat at 29 Myall Street may suit an ILO arrangement, subject to assessment, compatibility and current availability.

How can Support Coordination help me?

Support Coordination can help you understand your plan, connect with providers, organise services, prepare for plan reviews and respond when circumstances become complex. You remain in control of the providers and supports you choose.

What happens in your day programs?

Day programs are shaped around participant interests and goals. Activities can include cooking, gardening, creative projects, practical life skills, recreation, wellbeing activities and community outings.

Can you support complex or high-intensity needs?

Yes. We work with participants who have complex health needs, behaviours of concern or higher support requirements. We first meet with the participant and their support network to understand risks, clinical guidance and the staffing approach required.
